The Grylls5900 series mass flow controllers utilize thermal principles, with short preheating time.jingdu highLow-pellet, tubular分流,resistant to clogging, suitable for various low and high-pressure pipelines; flow rate up to 6000 SLM, with digital/analogue control modes available. The product employs high-speed control algorithms for exceptional response time in the flow meter. It supports communication protocols such as RS-232 Serial, RS-485 Serial, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherCAT, and PROFIBUS-DP. The Grylls5900 series consists of quality flow sensors, laminar flow components, flow control valves, and amplifying control circuits. It utilizes the heat conduction distribution effect by changing the temperature distribution on the capillary wall through the transfer of heat by the flowing fluid. The Grylls5900 series mass flow controllers measure the mass flow of gases using the principle of capillary heat transfer, unaffected by temperature and pressure. The flow signal detected by the sensor is amplified, then compared with the set voltage, and the resulting difference is used to drive the control regulating valve, closing the loop to control the flow through the channel to match the set flow.
