Advantages:
Sintered filter cores feature uniform pore size distribution, excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and mechanical properties, with strong resistance to organic solvent erosion. They are suitable for the production of large-scale water treatment equipment, which can be achieved through either automatic or manual backflushing to remove sludge. Solid particle recovery can be accomplished through dry slag removal, eliminating the need for frequent filter core replacements. They offer automation capabilities and low filtration costs, earning them unanimous praise from customers.
Disadvantages:
Not suitable for use above 80℃; when encountering highly adhesive materials, it is not easy to blow off during backflushing, resulting in a large filter pressure difference.
