Security Filter Core Features

Security filter cores, typically installed before pressure vessels, to remove fine particles with a turbidity of 1 degree or more, ensuring the water meets the requirements for subsequent processes; sometimes also placed at the end of the entire water treatment system to prevent fine particles (such as broken resins) from entering the finished water.

Security filters are mainly made of stainless steel for their housing, equipped with filter cores (e.g., PP cotton) inside. They are primarily used after multi-media pretreatment filtration and before reverse osmosis, ultra-filtration, and other membrane filtration equipment. They are designed to remove fine particles from the multi-media filtered water (e.g., tiny quartz sand, activated carbon particles), ensuring water filtration precision and protecting membrane components from damage by large particles. The precision of the filter cores installed in the precise filtration device can range from 0.5μs to 10μs, with different filtration precision levels chosen based on the specific application to ensure the accuracy of the final output water and the safety of the downstream membrane elements.
