Adhesives are not used during the production process, inheriting the excellent properties of PE material and offering broad chemical compatibility. Structure: Our sintered filter cores are made by high-temperature sintering with a scientific formula, featuring excellent mechanical properties. The core pores have the same diameter inside and out, making backflushing and slag removal easy. The thick filtering layer ensures effective filtration even at high working pressures. Advantages:
Sintered filter cores feature uniform pore distribution, excellent resistance to strong acids and bases, and good mechanical properties, with strong resistance to organic solvent erosion. Suitable for large-scale water treatment equipment production, they can be cleaned using either automatic or manual backflushing methods. Solid particle recovery can be achieved through dry slag removal, eliminating the need for frequent filter core replacement. Their automated operation and low filtration costs have earned them universal praise from users.
Drawbacks:
Not suitable for use above 80℃; with highly adhesive materials, it is difficult to blow off during backflushing, and the filter differential pressure is high.
