Product Description:
Material: The烧结filter cores produced by our company use ultra-high molecular weight PE, PA, PTFE as the main raw material, and the materials comply with GMP and FDA requirements. No adhesives are used during the production process, inheriting the excellent properties of PE material, with wide chemical compatibility.
Structure: Our sintered filter cores are made through a scientific formula and high-temperature sintering process, boasting excellent mechanical properties. The core has identical inner and outer pore diameters, making it easy to backwash and remove slag. The thick filtration layer ensures effective filtration even under high working pressure. The product has strong particle bonding, preventing easy detachment. Each filter core is tested for bubble uniformity before shipment to ensure uniform distribution of the micropores.

Advantages:
Sintered filter cores feature uniform pore size distribution, excellent resistance to strong acids, bases, and mechanical properties, and possess strong resistance to organic solvent erosion. Disadvantages:
Not suitable for use above 80℃; when encountering materials with particularly high viscosity, it is not easy to blow off during backflushing, and the filter differential pressure is large.
