High-flow collapsible filter elements significantly reduce investment costs in applications such as reverse osmosis pre-filtration, compared to standard 2.5-inch filter elements. Each high-flow filter element can handle a flow rate of up to 70T/H, thus minimizing the number of filter elements required and greatly reducing the size of the filter housing.
High flow filter cores offer nominal precision levels of 0.5/1/5 and 10 microns, made of PP (polypropylene).

Features of High-Flow Filter Cartridges:
1. Allows high media throughput with advantages such as high efficiency, low pressure loss, and long service life.
2. The external-in internal-out structure of the high-flow filter element allows for easy filter element replacement, while keeping pollutants on the external side of the element.
3. The filter core is internally reinforced with a PP skeletal structure, capable of withstanding a pressure difference of 0.245 MPa.
4. The β value of the filter core exceeds 1000.
