PE Filter Core Processing Technology: The powder and other additives are mixed evenly, then poured into a mold and compressed uniformly. The mold is subjected to low, medium, and high temperature heating for three times to form, and then de-molded. The PE filter core uses the external pressure of the pipe or the negative pressure inside the pipe to allow the material to渗透 through the internal capillary channels of the filtering medium from the outer wall of the pipe to the inside. The physical process of adsorption, bridging, and retention of particles on the surface of the filtering medium traps solid particles on the surface of the filter tube.
