PALL HFU640 & HFU660, 3M HIGHFLOW, Parker ParMax Select, and RYAN Rizonflow series large flow collapsible filter elements significantly reduce investment costs in applications such as reverse osmosis pre-filtration, compared to standard 2.5-inch filter elements. Each large flow filter element can handle up to 70T/H, thus reducing the number of filter elements needed and greatly minimizing the size of the filter housing. The large flow filter elements offer nominal precision levels of 0.5, 1, 5, and 10 microns, made of PP polypropylene.

The 5um High-Flow Filter Cartridge is manufactured using a new technology that combines non-woven fabric, micro-replication, and pleating. Each cartridge can handle flow rates up to 1300LPM, equivalent to 10 40-inch long, 2-1/2-inch diameter filters. Significantly reduces the factory's operating costs.
