Large Filter Application Scope: Pre-and final filtration for liquid mediums such as power plant water, drinking pure water, equipment water, oilfield injection water, industrial condensate, high-temperature water, beverage juices, wine, oil and fats, corrosive acidic and alkaline liquids, paints and coatings, chemicals, slurry and liquid medicine, adhesives, inks, imaging fluids, etc. Custom-made non-standard sizes available.

PF High-Flow Filter Cartridge is made of hydrophilic high polymer materials. The core filter layer consists of melt-bonded polypropylene fiber, featuring a large number of conical fixed holes inside for high dirt-holding capacity. The entire filter layer is processed using a folding technique, which increases the effective filtering area of the cartridge. This ingenious design allows for high flow rates.
High-speed, large fluid throughput through filter media, featuring high dirt-holding capacity, high efficiency, low pressure drop, and long service life:
1. Large effective filtration area and high dirt-holding capacity: PF series filter cores utilize ultra-thin filter media, allowing the same-sized cores to accommodate more pleated folds. Compared to processes like folding, winding, and meltblowing, the filter media area is increased; an outer sparse and inner dense filtration layer enhances both effective filtration area and dirt-holding capacity; the core filter media is made of special ultra-fine fibers, further increasing the effective filtration area.
2. High pressure resistance and safety: Utilizes PF high-strength internal support, with the support layer tightly connected to the filter material, boasting strong impact resistance; the top and bottom covers are laser-welded for a seamless and non-detachable bond; employs double-ring or star-shaped sealing to enhance safety factor.
3. High Filtration Precision: PF filter cores offer various filtration options, achieving an effective removal rate up to 99.98%.
4. Easy Maintenance: High single filter element, less in quantity, easy to replace, reducing downtime; star-shaped sealing for easy disassembly and maintenance.
5. No central tube support required for imported/exported shell: Reduces shell cost, avoids central tube deformation and cracking, and facilitates disassembly.
6. Customized Solutions: Offer chemical analysis of clogged filter media for users of high-flow filter cores, and tailor filter media formulations based on varying water qualities.
