PP Full Plastic 2# 4-Bag Pouch Filter
Bag filters are made from imported PP plastic, injection-molded in one piece, primarily consisting of the housing, top cover, bottom cover, sieve plate, and filter bags, etc., mainly used for pre-treatment.
Application Scope:
Broadly used in industries such as beer, vegetable oils, edible oils, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, chemical drugs, petroleum products, textile chemicals, photochemicals, paints and coatings, industrial wastewater treatment, and seawater desalination.
Installation Method:
1. Unscrew the ring flange, lift the top cover, properly install the filter bag in the filter, and tighten and secure it with the five-piece clamp.
2. Install the pressure gauge and exhaust valve into the threaded holes pre-drilled in the filter cover (pressure gauge to be supplied by the customer).
3. Cover the top lid and tighten the pressure plate, without excessive force.
4. Make sure the filter is placed on a level surface and aligned in a straight line parallel to the pump.
5. Please align the pump's outlet with the filter's inlet.
6. Prior to bonding the pipes, install the two provided unions onto the threaded inlets and outlets of the filter.
7. Connect the pump and filter using plastic or metal piping before operation.
