The material is made of imported PP plastic, injection-molded in one piece, primarily consisting of the housing and filter core, mainly used for pre-treatment.
Application Range:
Widely used in industries such as beer, vegetable oils, edible oils, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, textile chemicals, photoreactive chemicals, paints and coatings, industrial wastewater treatment, and desalination of seawater.
Installation Method:
1. Unscrew the screw disc, lift the top cover, install 5 filter cores correctly in the filter, and tighten and secure them with the five-piece clamp cover.
2. Install the pressure gauge and exhaust valve into the threaded holes pre-drilled in the filter cover (pressure gauge supplied by the customer).
Cover the top lid and tighten the pressure plate without excessive force.
4. Ensure the filter is placed on a level surface and aligned in a straight line parallel to the pump.
Please align the pump's outlet with the filter's inlet.
6. Prior to bonding the pipes, install the two provided unions onto the threaded inlets and outlets of the filter.
7. Connect the pump and filter using PP pipes before operation.

Note: This filter housing can accommodate 5 two-end flat pressure filter cores with inner diameters of 28-30mm and outer diameters of 60-70mm, made from various materials and precision levels.
