PE烧结滤芯 is made primarily of high molecular weight polyethylene, compliant with GMP and FDA requirements. Each filter芯 undergoes bubble uniformity testing prior to shipment to ensure uniform distribution of micropores.

The PE烧结 filter cores are made by high-temperature sintering with scientific formula, offering excellent mechanical properties. The cores have uniform internal and external pore diameters, making them easy to backflush and remove slag. The thick filtering layer ensures effective filtration even at high working pressures. The particles on the product are strongly bonded and not prone to falling off. Each filter core is tested for bubble uniformity before leaving the factory, ensuring the uniform distribution of the micropores.
