3The material has a large contact area with hot air, can automatically flip during the drying process, which is beneficial to the uniformity of drying and improves the drying speed.

4All equipment on the assembly line is controlled by a stepless variable speed device, with adjustable operation time.

5The dryer is equipped with a camera, allowing you to monitor the drying process at any time and from anywhere. It also comes with an alarm system that will promptly alert you in case of any malfunctions.

6The electrical control cabinet features integrated control with a touch screen display for easy and convenient operation.

7Materials are continuously dried in the same drying chamber, equipped with a closed ventilation device at the end to prevent material contamination and meet hygiene requirements. A cooling device is also available for quick reduction in temperature of the dried materials after the drying process.

8Heat sources can be coal, electricity, thermal oil, etc. 

Operating Principle：

The production line is fully equipped, offering pre-drying treatments tailored to different product designs, including cleaning, cutting, deep processing, dehydration, and full drying line services. Customized solutions are provided. The dryer utilizes hot air as the drying medium to come into contact with and move through the wet material, causing the moisture within the wet material to diffuse, vaporize, and evaporate out, achieving the drying goal.
