Working Principle
Infrared drying machines utilize far infrared radiation as the primary medium to convert electrical energy into heat, thereby evaporating the liquid and achieving the drying effect.
Infrared refers to wavelengths in0.72—1000Microscopic electrical Magnetic Wave0.72~3Micron for near infrared.3~5.6Micron for mid-infrared.5.6~1000Micrometers are for far infrared. The inherent vibration frequency of the molecules of most substances falls within the frequency range of far infrared. When the inherent frequency of the heated material's molecules matches the frequency of the far-infrared radiation entering the material, a strong resonance phenomenon occurs, intensifying the molecular movement of the material. As a result, the temperature inside and outside the material rises uniformly and rapidly.
