Operating Principle:
The drum dryer's drum is an inclined, rotatable cylinder. Wet material enters from the upper end of one end and dry material is collected from the lower end of the opposite end. Hot air enters from either the feeding or discharging end and exits from the upper end of the opposite end. The drum is equipped with forward blades, which continuously lift and sprinkle the material as the drum rotates, allowing it to thoroughly contact the hot airflow, thereby enhancing drying efficiency and advancing the material forward. The heat source for the drying material is typically hot air, high-temperature flue gas, etc., which can be specifically selected based on the material's properties and quality requirements.
