Equipment Features
1. The moisture evaporation capacity of drum dryers is generally 30-80 kg/m³?h; it increases with the rise of the hot air temperature and varies with the moisture properties of the material.
2. The equipment features a higher evaporation intensity than flash drying or spray drying, with a thermal efficiency typically ranging from 40% to 70%.

Operating Principle
The drum dryer's drum is an inclined, rotatable cylinder. Wet material enters from the upper end of one end and dry material is collected from the lower end of the opposite end. Hot air enters from either the feeding or discharging end and exits from the upper end of the opposite end. The drum is equipped with forward blades, which continuously lift and sprinkle the material as the drum rotates, allowing it to thoroughly contact the hot airflow, thereby enhancing drying efficiency and advancing the material forward. The heat source for the drying material is typically hot air, high-temperature flue gas, etc., which can be specifically selected based on the material's properties and quality requirements.


Box-type dryer

Main Application:
A hot air circulation oven is a versatile intermittent drying equipment with a tray shelf design, widely used in dehumidification for industrial raw materials or products in sectors such as chemicals, food, and light industry. Examples include: raw pharmaceuticals, traditional Chinese medicine slices, powders, granules, crude drugs, pharmaceutical packaging bottles, pigments, dyes, dehydrated vegetables, food, plastic resins, electrical components, paper, leather, wool, salts, and catalysts, among others, for drying purposes.
Equipment Features
1. Most of the hot air circulates within the box, ensuring high thermal efficiency and energy conservation.

Operating Principle
The machine heats the contents using a heater, creating a large volume of hot air that circulates within the chamber. This hot air is continuously replenished with fresh air through the intake vent and expelled through the moisture exhaust port, thereby enhancing heat transfer and gradually reducing the moisture content of the materials inside.
