Rural Drinking Water Equipment

Equipment Overview
Offer customers a choice of water purification equipment in UPVC material and 304 stainless steel; rural drinking water equipment utilizes physical filtration methods, integrating aeration, sedimentation, multi-layer filtration, automatic backwashing, dissolved oxygen, automatic control, and automatic drain processes into one, effectively removing surface floating matter, silt, algae, organic matter in water, ammonia gas, carbon dioxide, iron and manganese metal ions, etc. The entire purification process requires no manual intervention, with simple operation and maintenance.

Equipment Purification Process
1. Concrete admixture addition
Based on the original water turbidity, control the dosage of coagulant using dosing equipment. The dosing system consists of: electric metering pumps and chemical feed tanks.
2. Mixed Reaction
Raw water and coagulant are thoroughly and evenly mixed in the pipeline mixer, which facilitates the coagulation reaction. After mixing, the raw water, following coagulation, generates uniformly large floc of suspended impurities and colloidal particles, which aids in subsequent solid-liquid separation.
3. Accumulated experience
The flocculated alumina water rises to the sedimentation zone and automatically settles, achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation, thereby reducing the burden on the filtration system and also saving a significant amount of backwash water.
Aeration
Simulating a "waterfall cascade" method, water and air are thoroughly mixed, incorporating a large amount of dissolved oxygen. This dissolved oxygen reacts oxidatively with pollutants, removing some harmful substances; aeration not only expels harmful gases like ammonia and carbon dioxide from the water but also enhances the coagulation of pollutants, facilitating the next stage of filtration.
Filter
After aeration, the water enters the refined filter tank. The fine floc remaining in the water is intercepted by the filter layer, with an outlet turbidity of 0.3~3 NTU. The filter layer consists of a composite layer made up of 4~7 types of filter media, trapping solid particles within, achieving a dirt removal rate of over 98%.
Backwashing
The increase in retained waste in the filter layer causes the water level to rise. When it reaches the designed height, backwashing the filter layer is initiated. After backwashing, the filter media automatically resets and repositions, resuming filtration. The backwash water is supplied by the filter's built-in water tank, with a backwash intensity of 8~16L/s·m² and a duration of 3~8 minutes.
