Overview
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a high-tech membrane separation technology that has developed in recent years. It has a very small pore size, serving as an ionic-level separation device. It is now used for water desalination, salt removal, producing pure drinking water and high-purity water. The separation targets are ions and organic substances with very small molecular weights in solutions. It is a commonly used advanced equipment in the pharmaceutical, electronic, beverage, biological, medical engineering, and environmental protection industries.
Our RO units are primarily composed of American membrane modules, high-pressure stainless steel pumps, control instruments, and high and low-pressure pipeline valves. Additionally, they are equipped with imported metering pumps for chemical dosing and automatic cleaning equipment. Product specifications range from 300 kg per hour to several hundred tons, offering a complete selection. RO systems have high requirements for the quality of incoming water, thus the pretreatment equipment must be comprehensive. Please refer to the user manual for more details.

Working Principle
RO reverse osmosis technology is a high-tech water treatment process that operates based on the characteristic of reverse osmosis membranes to separate solvents and solutes under pressure. "Osmosis" is a physical phenomenon, and reverse osmosis involves applying a pressure greater than natural osmosis to water containing salt and various fine impurities (i.e., raw water), causing the water to move from a high-concentration side to a low-concentration side. Most of the fine impurities, organic matter, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and other harmful substances in the raw water are then discharged through the concentrated water outlet.
