Working Principle and Construction

This unit is composed of a running girder, drive unit, slag removal mechanism, scraper lifting mechanism, program control, and limit device. The power and control cables of this unit can be customized by the user to use overhead wires, sliding contact wires, or cable drums. In the sedimentation pond, inclined pipes (plates) can be installed according to the process requirements.

1. The siphon method includes jet nozzles and vacuum pumps, featuring energy-saving benefits with the siphon structure.
2. Smooth operation, no track-climbing during long-distance walking.
3. Pump connection ports allow for non-stop water supply during maintenance.
4. Can be used as both a pump and an air blower, with options for backwashing or using a non-clogging pump to prevent blockages. Can be paired with a sludge level sensor for online control, and PLC control allows for full or semi-automatic operation.
5. Excellent mud suction performance for ultra-fine sludge (particle size less than 0.1mm).
6. Can be designed or adjusted to meet the user's process requirements for sludge discharge to save water.
7. Unique scraper and mud suction nozzle effectively remove various sediments from the pool bottom, such as mud.

Application Scope
This unit is commonly used for mechanical sludge removal in sedimentation basins of water supply plants and drainage projects. It can walk and suction sludge simultaneously, and the frequency of sludge removal can be adjusted based on the amount of sludge.
