Operating Principle
The JJ-type mechanical acceleration clarification pond stirrer and scraper is used for the acceleration clarification pond in water supply projects. The mixed slurry that has been dosed with coagulant and the active sludge in the clarification pond are mixed and clarified through the lifting action, forming sludge recirculation and contact reaction to form larger flocs. The separation chamber then performs sedimentation separation. The remaining sludge is scraped up by the scraper and discharged into the sludge pit under the force of still water pressure.

Eligibility Requirements
1. Clarification suitable for potable water and industrial water treatment.
2. Inflow Suspended Solids Content:
(1) No mechanical sludge removal: generally not exceeding 1000 mg/L, and not exceeding 3000 rrlg/L within a short period.
(2) Mechanical mud scraper: 1000-5000mg/L, not exceeding 10,000mg/L in short periods. Add a preliminary sedimentation basin when suspended solids frequently exceed 5000mg/L.
(3) Turbidity of the outflow, generally not exceeding 10 mg/L, and temporarily not exceeding 50 mg/L.
(4) Water temperature change does not exceed 2C per hour.
