Furi has launched the new full-automatic tape slitter BPA-3513, offering two models with standard material widths of 1300mm and 1600mm. In addition to the standard features like four-axis exchange, automatic labeling, automatic cutting, and uninterrupted reel change, it also includes mechanical arm, feeding conveyor, automatic tube threading, and automatic feeding functions.


The BPA-3513 robotic arm is used for fully automatic replacement of the material winding shaft, in conjunction with the feeding conveyor and an integrated pipe threading machine, achieving complete automation of the entire workflow. Operators only need to change the master roll and remove waste material, enhancing the overall efficiency of the machine while reducing manual labor intensity, making it a new production tool for the tape industry.
