The small single-column hydraulic press frame features a C-type single-arm structure, constructed with full-steel plate CO2 welding. Post-welding, it undergoes tempering aging treatment to ensure the frame does not deform.
This series of hydraulic press is equipped with an independent hydraulic and electrical control system, featuring centralized button control for both fixed-distance and fixed-pressure molding processes. It includes functions such as pressure display and adjustable stroke and pressure.
Pillars and piston rods are copper and hard-chromium plated after quenching, ensuring wear resistance and a high degree of roughness on the surface. The oil pump intake is equipped with a unique filtering device to ensure the longevity of the oil pump and valves. The oil line connections are made with imported high-pressure hoses.
Significantly reduces machine noise. The hydraulic system is housed within the body, offering an aesthetically pleasing design, ease of operation, and the ability to broaden the working range. Additionally, advanced components such as imported PLCs, photoelectric guards, and human-machine interfaces (touchscreens) can be configured according to customer requirements.
