High-Precision Press Fit Mode

The servo press machine can accurately control the press speed, position, and pressure; it features multiple press programs, including constant press speed, precise position stop, precise force stop, and precise displacement stop, among others.

Easily meet requirements for two or more stages of assembly; within the stroke, the machine can be set to stop at an accurate position at will, without the need for expensive precision molds to ensure assembly accuracy; positioning repeatability is ±0.01mm, and pressure control accuracy is ±1% of rated pressure.

Online press fitting quality inspection meets the quality control and data management throughout the entire press fitting process.

Upon completion of the operation, all job settings, result data, and pressure displacement curves can be displayed on the human-machine interface of the servo press, effectively controlling the fit quality, while also meeting the traceability management of operation data, inspecting, and removing defective products.
