The names on the contract must match. 3. Submit to the Administration for Market Regulation: Fill out various forms, including the application for establishment registration, list of shareholders (founders), director and manager information, legal representative registration form, and representative or agent registration form. After completion, submit these along with the pre-approval notice, company articles of association, lease agreement, copies, and reports to the Administration for Market Regulation for processing. 4. Organization Code: Obtain the organization code at the local Technical Supervision Bureau with the business license and relevant documents. This process usually takes three working days. 5. National Registration: After receiving the business license, apply for national registration at the local National Bureau within 15 working days, and report taxes to the tax bureau on a monthly basis.
