The magnetic伸缩液位计 features a modular design with a simple structure, comprising three main parts:

Installation:
The standard magnetic expansion flip level gauge is fully configured and installed prior to shipment. In case of an existing installation, follow these steps to install after removing the original mounting structure:
1. Secure the display panel in the marked suitable position of the cavity and install the fixed hook on the clamp.
2. Install the level gauge at the hook position on one side of the cavity, adjust the zero point position of the level gauge and the display panel to align the two zero points precisely. (When installing, note that the measurement direction of the magnetostrictive level gauge should be consistent with the magnetic flip level gauge.)
3. Secure the hanger to firmly fix the level gauge.
4. If the distance from the gauge head to the end cover of the tank exceeds 300mm or the gauge head is made of stainless steel, a driver's throat bolt and hook are required to secure the gauge head, ensuring the on-site liquid level gauge does not loosen or fall off.
5. Clean off any deposits or stains from the surface during the level gauge installation process.
