The soft cable magnetostrictive level gauge is an innovative product with high precision and reliability, effectively addressing liquid level and interface measurement in extremely harsh conditions. Its measurement process is unaffected by temperature, pressure, dielectric constant, and other factors due to the use of magnetostrictive technology. With its high precision, stability, and maintenance-free features, it effectively avoids the shortcomings of traditional products like electric float switches, differential pressure transmitters, and radar used for level measurement in field applications. Product Structure:


The magnetic-inductive level gauge features a modular design with a simple structure, consisting of three main parts:


Electronic Meters: Housing, Circuit Board, Electronic Module


Probe Rod Components: Probe, Sensor, Magnetostrictive Wire, Float


Accessories: Buoyancy Modules and Top Flanges, etc.



Installation:


Avoid bending or deformation, even damage, to the level gauge probe during installation. If the probe bends or deforms, it will hinder the float's free movement along the probe, thereby affecting the measurement results. The installation steps are as follows:


1. Ensure the buoy size can fit smoothly into the buoy tube or mounting hole, and that related accessories are compatible.


2. The float is directly mounted onto the probe rod of the level gauge and can move freely along the rod. When installing the float, ensure that the direction marked "UP↑" aligns with the measurement direction.


3. Clean the probe rod and buoy of the level gauge, removing any attached debris and stains.


4. Ensure proper alignment of the "0" point during installation. If the ordered product requires a fixed flange, install it directly on-site. If the ordered product does not require a fixed flange, align the "0" point during installation. When the liquid level gauge shows 0mm, securely fasten the gauge to the installation flange.


5. When the process temperature exceeds 150°C, the top probe of the flange installation needs to be extended with a high-temperature support bracket for better heat dissipation and reinforcement of the gauge.


6. Clean off any adherents or stains from the level gauge surface during installation.
