KPS Linear Position Sensor, Linear Displacement Sensor

The KPS industrial-grade displacement sensor features a durable conductive plastic resistor track, suitable for position measurement and automation control applications. The KPS miniature displacement sensor (electronic ruler) measures up to 0-500mm, utilizing a conductive plastic track and rare earth metal multi-finger contact strips to provide stable signals, low noise, and long-lasting performance. Repeatability is as high as ±0.01mm, with a linear accuracy of ±0.05%, offering uninterrupted resolution. The fixed bracket can be quickly and securely installed at any position within the aluminum channel. The KPS miniature displacement sensor is supported by a robust stainless steel bearing, ensuring smooth and tight operation. The double-sided ball ring bearing design makes the sensor easier to install and suitable for heavy-duty industrial use.

The KPS sensor boasts excellent protection performance (IP67) and is suitable for outdoor environments and various harsh, dusty/wet conditions (excluding long-term immersion).
