KPC Linear Position Sensor

The KPC linear displacement sensor with ball eye mounting connector is primarily suitable for extreme mechanical motion behaviors. The cylindrical articulated displacement sensor boasts high measurement accuracy and robustness. It measures the resistance value of conductive resistive materials printed on the PCB, thereby achieving precise measurement. The precious metal brush material is mounted on the transmission rod and tightly integrated with the conductive resistive body. It features high measurement accuracy, long lifespan, and an automatic electrical grounding function, making it less susceptible to electromagnetic interference. The double-end shaft bearing force rod and articulated head are equipped with ball eye connectors, offering durability, strong vibration resistance, and optional cable or plug connection for output.
These sensors are designed for measuring and controlling systems, providing direct and accurate displacement and length measurements. The sensor's structural design is optimized for easy installation and disassembly. The sensor surface is treated for high-speed, low-wear operation. The sensor's pivot joint at the front can overcome minor lateral stresses on the drive rod, ensuring normal operation. The conductive plastic material and structural design ensure reliable performance even under harsh conditions.
