This series of displacement sensors is used in measurement and control systems for direct measurement of displacement and length.
Linear displacement measurement is available with a working range up to 1250mm and high resolution (0.01mm). The sensor's structural design is designed for easy installation and disassembly.
The internal and external surfaces of the displacement sensor have been specially treated to operate under high-speed, low-wear conditions. The flexible cushioning bearing at the front of the sensor can overcome some minor lateral stresses on the transmission rod, ensuring the sensor operates normally. The process of fixing the conductive material and structural design of the linear displacement sensor ensures reliable operation even under harsh conditions.
The displacement sensor features installation slots on all four sides, which facilitates the installation by ensuring the conductive material faces down, thereby avoiding the presence of tiny debris particles inside the sensor that could affect its lifespan.
