The intelligent pressure switch is an intelligent digital pressure measurement and control product that integrates pressure measurement, display, output, and control. This product features a full electronic structure, with a front-end oil-filled pressure resistor sensor equipped with an isolation film. The output signal is amplified and processed by a high-precision, low-drift amplifier, then sent to a high-precision A/D converter, where it is converted into a digital signal that can be processed by a microprocessor. The signal after processing controls two switches, measuring and controlling the pressure of the control system. This intelligent digital pressure switch is versatile, easy to operate, simple to tune, and safe and reliable. It is widely used in industries such as hydropower, water supply, oil, chemicals, machinery, and hydraulics to measure, display, and control the pressure of fluid media.

IV. Installation


4.1 Mechanical Connections:


This product can be directly mounted on hydraulic pipelines via a pressure pipe fitting (DIN3582 external thread M20*1.5) (other size fittings can be specified at the time of order). In critical applications (such as severe vibration or impact), the pressure pipe fitting can be mechanically decoupled using a micro-hose.


4.2 Electrical Connections:


To prevent the impact of electromagnetic interference, the following precautions should be noted:


● Use shielded wire; if installed with miniature hoses, the housing must be grounded separately.


Avoid directly approaching user devices or electrical and electronic installations that may cause interference.
