I. Overview


The JEF101 series intelligent pressure switches are integrated intelligent digital pressure measurement and control products that combine pressure measurement, display, output, and control. This product features a full electronic structure, utilizing an oil-filled, isolated-diaphragm pressure sensor at the front end. The output signal is amplified and processed by a high-precision, low-drift amplifier, then sent to a high-precision A/D converter, which converts it into a digital signal that the microprocessor can handle. The processed signal controls two switches to measure and control the pressure of the control system. The intelligent digital pressure switch is versatile, easy to operate, simple to tune, and reliable. It is widely used in industries such as hydropower, tap water, oil, chemicals, machinery, and hydraulics for measuring, displaying, and controlling fluid medium pressure.

IV. Installation


4.1 Mechanical Connections:



JEF101 can be directly mounted on the hydraulic pipeline through a pressure tube fitting (DIN3582 external thread G1/4) (other size fittings can be specified upon order). In critical applications (such as severe vibration or impact), the pressure tube fitting can be mechanically decoupled through a micro-hose.


4.2 Electrical Connections:

To prevent the impact of electromagnetic interference, the following precautions should be taken:


● Keep the line connections as short as possible


● Shielded wire


Avoid direct proximity to user equipment or wiring of electrical and electronic devices that may cause interference.


If micro-tubing installation is used, the housing must be grounded separately.

If the system pressure fluctuates around the preset value, the lag function can maintain the stability of the output state. If the system pressure increases, the output state will switch when reaching the activation point (ALxH). If the system pressure decreases, the output state will only return to the original when the main valve closure point (ALxF) is reached.

Window Function


The window mode allows monitoring the specified allowable range. When the system pressure varies between the opening point (ALxH) and the closing point (ALxF), the output function will switch (window function/open) or not switch (window function/closed). The width of the window can be set by the difference between ALxH and ALxF. The delay time (0.1~30.0 seconds) filters out unnecessary instantaneous pressure peaks or high-frequency signals. When the pressure reaches the switching condition, the switch output does not change immediately but only after the delay time ends. If the delay time ends and the switch event is also gone, the switch output will not change.
