JEF200D Series Level Membrane Pressure Transmitters are available in two main structural types: strain gauge level membrane type, featuring a robust level membrane with special treatment on the measuring end, which is not damaged by hard particles in the measured medium. They are compact, corrosion-resistant, vibration-resistant, particle-resistant, and offer wide-range temperature compensation. They are particularly suitable for measuring pressure of high-viscosity fluids or those containing particles. The other type, the diffusion silicon front-end type, is made with imported diffusion silicon cores, utilizing calibration and digital compensation technology for reliable product performance and stable output, making it highly favored by customers. They are widely used in polyurethane equipment, papermaking, paint, and food processing industries, such as chocolate and milk processing equipment, for pressure measurement.
The JEF200D series pressure transmitters are industrial pressure measurement instruments featuring strain gauge sensing elements, wide applicability, and excellent cost-performance.
The JEF200D measuring end features a robust, flat diaphragm with special treatment, made from imported materials and utilizing diaphragm isolation technology. The test head has no pressure relief holes, and the core isolation diaphragm directly senses the medium pressure, creating a cleanable, non-depositing medium contact. It is very easy to clean and disinfect the medium contact area, preventing issues such as scaling, clogging, and unsanitary conditions in the measured medium. Hard particles in the measured medium will not damage the isolation flat diaphragm. Particularly suitable for high-viscosity or particulate fluid pressure measurement, such as in the pressure measurement of processing equipment for items like chocolate and milk.
All electronic components are imported from renowned brands, featuring precise temperature compensation, exquisite all-stainless steel sealed welding, and comprehensive assembly techniques. These products boast high precision, strong resistance to interference, overload, and impact, excellent moisture resistance, and long-term stability.

Please ensure compatibility between the product part in contact with the medium being tested and the selection.
2. When ordering transmitters with an LCD or LED meter head, the supply voltage of the transmitter should not be less than 20VDC.
3. To ensure reliable operation of the product, it is recommended that users install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure that the product and power supply are properly grounded.
4. Please specify any special requirements such as strong vibration, sudden impact force, or radio frequency interference to our company, and note them in the order.
5. 5VD power supply offers an output of 0.5 to 4.5VDC only.
