Wear-free, contactless magnetostrictive linear displacement sensors can operate in harsh industrial environments with high durability, providing displacement measurement. The accuracy of the displacement measurement is determined by the high-quality waveguide imported by our company. Position magnets are installed on the moving machine components, offering non-contact measurement.
GBS is suitable for installation inside hydraulic cylinders, widely used for measuring piston stroke in the energy industry. Thanks to its flat and compact design, the sensor is ideal for installation in confined spaces within hydraulic cylinders. Its pressure-resistant sensor rod and high operating temperature make the GBS sensor suitable for fluid technology applications. To enhance signal quality, the sensor can automatically adapt to the strength of magnets used in the application environment.
Measurement settings, zero points, and end positions can be modified after the GBS sensor is installed. Programming can be done using the standard connection cable as needed.
