R-Series Linear Position Sensors
• The R-series RH and RP sensors are extremely robust and durable, making them the ideal choice for stringent industrial environments.
• The R-series offers two standard housing options - the RH type stainless steel outer tube withstands high pressure, suitable for hydraulic cylinder installation. The RP type aluminum molded housing provides accessories for easy machine tool surface installation and various magnet options.
• The sensor incorporates advanced signal processors and a complete output interface circuit. The double shielding of the housing ensures EMI interference protection, enhancing reliability and operational safety levels.

SSI Synchronous Serial Interface
The sensor meets all the requirements of the output encoder for the SSI standard. Position values are transmitted to the control system at high speed using a 24/25/26-bit encoding pattern. One of the main functions of SSI is synchronous data conversion, which is easily achievable in a closed-loop control system. The controller generates a clock pulse train to activate the sensor data: position data is sent bit by bit to the controller with each clock pulse received by the sensor. The position data is continuously updated within the sensor and then converted into serial information through a shift register.

Pressure-resistant outer tube dimensions and installation instructions
RH Series pressure-resistant outer tubes, aluminum profile electronic chamber, designed specifically for hydraulic systems use, internally mounted within the hydraulic cylinder, with pressure resistance up to 34MPa continuous (69MPa peak). Available with thread specifications M18×1.5, M20×1.5, or 3/4”-16 UNF-3A.

Note: The dead zones shown in the diagram indicate that the sensor outputs are zero or unreliable within this area. The dead zone values for this sensor are 50.8mm and 63.5mm, respectively. These values can be appropriately modified according to customer requirements and can be specially requested from our sales or technical team at the time of ordering.
