A flat sieve is a classic inertial screening equipment, characterized by its innovative design concept and unique structure, making it nearly as effective as manual sieving. This achieves nearly perfect screening results for sieves, with a promising application prospect. It ingeniously combines the sieve—circular motion and the flip—upward throwing motion. Due to its unique structure and working principle, the flat sieve is particularly suitable for fine-grained and ultra-fine powder materials, spherical, cylindrical, flat, and even irregularly shaped materials prone to clogging screens and lightweight powdery materials. 1. Achieves high yield single or multi-layer screening
Can be sieved to a maximum of 6 mesh sizes. Sieve diameter ranges from 600mm (24 inches) to 2600mm (104 inches); small shaker sieves can be equipped with 4 layers of mesh, while larger ones can reach up to 5 layers, offering 5 to 6 groups of grading.

2. Maximized screening efficiency and product yield
The principle of the sieve shaker is actually a mechanical simulation of the human hand sifting. Gentle acceleration combined with low-speed rotation ensures that the material always rolls on the surface of the sieve. Particularly for dry, low-density particles; it can also effectively reduce the wear on the sieve itself (especially the sieve mesh) from high-abrasive products.
3. Each sieve layer achieves fine and coarse particle grading
Material enters the sieve center almost horizontally and disperses outward along a helical path. Concurrently, the increasing vertical acceleration forces fine particles to effectively pass through the sieve surface.
4. Effortless and convenient operation
When the product particle size approaches 30 micrometers, the mesh clogging issue becomes urgent. Our variety of cleaning systems will effortlessly resolve this; cleaning balls, independently geared brush cleaning, jet cleaning, and jet/brush combination cleaning systems. Screening systems that use or are entirely jet cleaning, are typically used for products with high viscosity or those with static electricity.
5. Significantly reduces breakage of fragile materials
Hand screening provides a gentle handling of materials. The shaker screen perfectly replicates the same motion, suitable for various applications where particle breakage is prohibited.
