Mini Vibrating Screen - Separation Equipment

The vibration sieve is a filtering mechanical separation device used for treating mud solid phases, consisting of a sieve mesh and a vibrator. The mesh fineness is indicated by the number of meshes; generally, those below 50 meshes are coarse screens, while those above 80 meshes are fine screens. The vibrator is an eccentric wheel that rotates under the power of an electric motor, causing the sieve frame to vibrate. Due to the sieve frame's vibration, when the mud flows onto the sieve surface, coarse solid particles remain on the surface and are discharged along the inclined surface at one end. The finer solid particles and mud liquid pass through the sieve holes and flow into the mud pool.
