A vibration sieve is widely used in industries such as coal, for material grading, washing, dehydration, and de-intermediate screening. Among them, the linear vibration sieve is widely applied due to its high production efficiency, good grading effect, and convenient maintenance. During operation, the dynamic performance of the vibration sieve directly affects the screening efficiency and service life. The vibration sieve utilizes a vibration motor as the vibration source, causing the material to be thrown up on the sieve while moving in a straight line. The material enters the feeding port of the screening machine evenly from the feeder, passing through multiple screens to produce various sizes of over-sieve and under-sieve materials, which are discharged from their respective outlets. Linear vibration sieves (linear screens) offer stable and reliable performance, low consumption, low noise, long service life, stable vibration mode, and high screening efficiency. They are a new type of screening equipment, widely used in mining, coal, smelting, building materials, refractory materials, light industry, and chemical industries.
