Dust collector

Dust collectors are installed at all dusty areas to transport the dust-laden gas through ducts to a dust removal unit. Inside, gas-solid separation occurs, with dust collected within the unit and clean gas being introduced into the main pipeline or directly released into the atmosphere. This entire setup constitutes a dust removal system, with the dust collector being a critical component. From a ventilation and dust removal perspective, dust refers to all solid particles that remain suspended in the air for an extended period, forming a dispersed system known as an aerosol. In this system, air acts as the dispersing medium, while solid particles are the dispersed phase. Dust collectors are the equipment that separates these solid particles from the aerosol.
