Spiral Feeding Machine

The electromagnetic vibration feeder has the following features compared to other feeding equipment:

Small in volume, light in weight, simple in structure, easy to install and maintain.

(2) No rotating parts, no need for lubrication, no motor or reducer required, low operation costs.

(3) Due to the application of the resonance principle of mechanical vibration in the feeding machine, the two masses operate in a near-resonant state at the lower critical frequency, thus consuming less electrical power.

(4) For electromagnetic vibration feeders controlled by a thyristor half-wave rectifier circuit, the feeding amount can be conveniently adjusted continuously by varying the thyristor's conduction angle, and centralized as well as automatic control of the production process can be achieved.

(5) Due to the continuous tossing of materials in the feeding trough during the feeding process, which moves forward in a parabolic trajectory, the wear on the feeding trough is relatively low.
