The training commenced with a speech by Mr. Zhang Yunrong, our regional sales manager responsible for East China, who conveyed the training requirements and spirit from the group and provincial leaders to the participating installation and maintenance personnel. Subsequently, our training engineers conducted a comprehensive training, covering both theory and practice. In the theoretical part, our engineers used a projector to present a comprehensive introduction to the company's research and production, the working principle, operation process, and maintenance of fiber splicing machines. In the practical session, each installation and maintenance personnel were equipped with a DVP-760H fiber splicing machine. Our training staff first demonstrated the operation, followed by hands-on practice by the personnel. This continued until everyone was proficient in splicing between two types of fiber optic cables, between fiber optic cables and tail fibers, and between bare fibers.

The training came to an end, and the leader in charge of installation at Shaoxing Telecom delivered a summary speech. He highly praised the training and emphasized that all installation and maintenance staff should take good care of the equipment, operate in a standardized manner, and maintain it diligently.
