I. Application:

XJL—300C Drop Weight Impact Tester is suitable for impact testing on non-metallic material samples or products such as plastic pipes. It is a testing instrument used to evaluate the impact resistance of materials. Additionally, it can be used for comparative impact tests on samples of the same material and specifications to assess the quality of the material. Both the pass/fail method and the gradient method are applicable.

II. Performance:

This impact tester utilizes single-chip microcontroller technology, allowing for presetting of impact height, automatic prevention of secondary impacts, automatic lifting of the hammer to the predetermined height, and real-time height display. The machine boasts high reliability and precision, meeting the requirements of the professional standard ZBN72026-90 and the technical conditions for drop-weight impact testers as specified in GB/T16800-1997.
