2022 "Together Through Storms, Stepping into the Future" Mid-Year Summary Meeting

Our company held the 2022 Mid-Year Summary Meeting at the Jiangnan Tianchi Ling Shang Resort in Anji from July 11th to July 12th, with the theme "Together Through Storms, Smartly Navigating the Future."

The conference venue is nestled at an elevation of 900 meters, surrounded by blue skies, white clouds, green mountains, and clear waters, creating a picturesque landscape that relaxes the mind and body, truly allowing for joyous work and pleasant living.

At the meeting, department heads actively spoke up, summarizing the work of their respective departments since the beginning of the year, reflecting on their shortcomings in their work, and then planning for the upcoming work in the second half of the year.

    Vice President Zhang Shen's summary focused on five key points: "Safety, Responsibility, Improvement, Teamwork, and Gratitude." It covered a review of the work, an analysis of shortcomings, and plans for the second half of the year, as well as an explanation of the completion status of last year's annual plan.

CEO Chen Feng's opening remarks outlined our company's positioning: to be a "warm, responsible, learning, and mature" enterprise. The General Manager analyzed and assessed both domestic and international markets, examined the product structure, and clarified the strategic direction. At the same time, the General Manager emphasized that people are the first element in enterprise management activities. We must communicate effectively, pay attention to the work status, planning, and cultivation of our personnel.

At the end of the meeting, our shareholder, General Manager Li, conveyed his hope through a short story that our company can find the right people for the right tasks, thereby ascending to greater heights.
