Aircraft Hangar Door Introduction

Qingdao Distem Doors produces the aircraft hangar doors (multi-door联动touchscreen version).

The control system employs high-quality domestic and international touch screens, PLCs, and variable-frequency drives. The operating status of all doors' motors, as well as control conditions, are displayed on the interface. Main electrical components are equipped with high-quality motor protectors and AC contactors. Individual doors can be controlled separately, with the option to enable or link them. The door will stop and trigger an alarm with audible and visual indicators in case of proper action or overcurrent. The touch screen pages are displayed clearly, making operation convenient.

Doors can be individually opened or closed when the operator is activated. For interlocked operation, press the open or close button, and after a 5-second sound and light alarm, the main door begins to move. The door stops according to the selected type upon reaching the designated position.

The door operates with infrared protection, stopping if a person or object obstructs it. An alarm will sound a red light and the main door will immediately halt. Restart the switch after the person or object has been cleared. The control box panel features an emergency stop button, which can be pressed at any time in case of an emergency.
