DLC coating, also known as diamond-like coating, is an amorphous material composed of carbon elements that exhibits properties similar to diamonds while also having a structure composed of graphite atoms. Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films are amorphous coatings that combine high hardness with low friction coefficients, excellent wear resistance, and good corrosion resistance; they are widely used in fields such as automated parts plastic molds, medical devices, and semiconductor C-package molds. The coating color is primarily gray-black, with a hardness of 2200-4000 HV, a friction coefficient of 0.04-0.1, and a working temperature of 80-250 degrees during coating.
