The WCC coating is a tungsten-containing hydrogenated amorphous carbon (a-C:H:W) DLC coating. Compared to other elements, this W-DLC coating has a lower hardness (typically 0.1~0.2 under dry conditions), offering exceptional wear resistance and superior resistance to rotational contact fatigue. The W-DLC coatings produced by Nalong Company have a typical deposition temperature below 160°C, allowing the coating process to be completed without softening heat-sensitive steels (such as 100Cr6).
