The WCC coating is a tungsten-hydrogen amorphous carbon (a-C:H:W) DLC coating. Compared to other elements, this W-DLC coating has a lower digital value (typically 0.1~0.2 in dry conditions), thereby offering exceptional wear resistance and excellent resistance to rotational contact fatigue. The W-DLC coatings produced by Nalor are deposited at typical temperatures below 160°C, allowing the coating process to be completed without softening heat-sensitive steels (such as 100Cr6).
