Working Principle
The inert gas protected air classifier mill uses inert gas as the crushing medium. After inert gas is filled into the system to isolate the material from air completely, the material is sent into the crushing chamber of the main crushing unit via a conveying device. The compressed high-speed inert gas stream directs the material into the nozzle intersection, causing it to repeatedly impact and collide, achieving the crushing effect. The crushed particles enter the classifier area of the impeller, where they are separated by the centrifugal force of the classifier wheel and the action of the fan. The qualified fine powder is then collected in the dust collector, while the coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber for further crushing. The inert gas is recycled back to the compressor for reuse, ensuring the entire system operates under a fully sealed condition.
