Floor Composition
Steel Static-Dissipative Flooring is made from cold-rolled alloy steel plates, formed by point welding after stretching. The surface is treated with phosphating followed by electrostatic powder coating, filled with foam cement in the inner cavity, topped with a high-wear-resistant static-dissipative HPL or PVC panel, and surrounded by conductive edge strips. **Generally divided into ultra-light, light, standard, and heavy types according to their load-bearing capacity.** HPL stands for tri-oxide polyamide anti-static fire-resistant board, and PVC refers to conductive tiles.
System Assembly
The system assembly consists of floor panels, trusses, and supports. The trusses and self-adjustable supports are securely connected to form a stable lower support system with screws, and the floor panels are inserted into the grid formed by the trusses.
