Application:
This product serves as an ultra-catalyst for both natural and synthetic rubber, and can also be used as a general catalyst for latex. Due to its rapid vulcanization speed and tendency to scorch easily, the vulcanization temperature should not exceed 125℃. It is an excellent activator for thiazole and sulfin酰胺-type accelerators, exhibiting strong activation effects on butyl rubber containing accelerators M, TMTD, or a combination of both. It can also be used for三元乙丙橡胶, but the activation effect is less potent than on butyl rubber. Although it is not soluble in water, it is easily dispersible in latex. It is primarily used in latex foam products, dipped products, rubber threads, and more. Its non-polluting, colorless, and odorless properties make it suitable for manufacturing white or light-colored products, transparent items, medical products, and items in contact with food.
 
Usage: Generally 0.5-1 portion (for reference only)
 
Packaging and Storage Transportation:
◆ Paper-plastic composite bags, lined with plastic bags, net weight 20 kg per package.
Before transportation and storage, check that the product packaging is undamaged. During transportation and storage, categorize and stack the products in a dry, clean, and cool warehouse to prevent them from getting damp, overheated, or deteriorating.
