Application:
This product is a super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex. Upon heating above 100°C, it slowly decomposes to release free sulfur, making it also suitable as a vulcanizing agent with an effective sulfur content of approximately 13.3%. When vulcanizing butyl rubber with sulfur, a good accelerating system is 60% of this product, 40% accelerator M, and zinc oxide. This system can be further activated with thiuram disulfide. It is also used in三元乙丙橡胶 (EPDM) and chlorinated polyethylene rubber vulcanization with metal oxides. It can delay the vulcanization of G-type and GN-type chloroprene rubber. In latex applications, it reduces the tendency of early thiuram disulfide vulcanization. Primarily used in tire manufacturing, inner tubes, rubber shoes, medical supplies, cables, and industrial products, it is also suitable for rubber products that come into contact with food due to its non-contaminating and colorless properties.
 
Usage: Generally 0.1-3.0 parts when used as an auxiliary promoting agent.
As a main catalyst, the general dosage is typically 0.3-2.0 parts (for reference only).
 
Packaging and Storage:
◆ Paper-plastic composite bags, lined with plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per package.
Before transportation and storage, check that the product packaging is intact. During transportation and storage, classify and stack them in a dry, clean, and cool storage room, strictly preventing moisture, heat, and spoilage.
