Properties: This adhesive is a compound generated by the reaction of formaldehyde donor, based on dimethylamine, with long-chain alkyl benzene substances, possessing both formaldehyde donor and receiver functions. It is a solid in block or sheet form, soluble in gasoline and alcohols, and insoluble in water.

Application:
This product is suitable for bonding various rubbers (excluding silicone rubber) with skeletal materials (copper-plated steel wire, glass fiber, canvas, nylon, artificial silk, polyester, and polyamide, etc.), and is particularly suitable for bonding fluoro rubber with canvas, nylon, and aramid. The use of this adhesive requires adding it during rubber compounding, which, upon curing, achieves excellent bonding between the rubber and skeletal materials. The general dosage is 5-7 parts. For bonding rubber with metal skeletal materials, a cobalt salt system is required, along with an additional 5-12 parts of white carbon black.

Before transportation and storage, check that the product packaging is intact. During transportation and storage, classify and stack the products in a dry, clean, and cool storage room, strictly preventing moisture, heat, and spoilage.
